The Type 1 Ho-Ni II (Isshiki ho-sensha ) is a Japanese tank destroyer developed in 1942 on the Type 97 Chi-Ha chassis, the Ho-Ni II is a further development of the Ho-Ni I but with a 105mm howitzer instead of the 75mm field gun .
