Stoner 63 Rifle

The Stoner 63 Rifle is an American prototype assault rifle developed in the early 1960s. The weapon was developed to be modular, with multiple models being presented for US trials.

Stoner 63 Automatic Rifle: Rifle model with a top-fed magazine and off-set sights, fires from an open-bolt.
Stoner 63 Light Machine Gun: Light machine gun model with right-hand feed and 75, 100, or 150-rnd drum magazines. Quick change barrel, and inverted receiver.
Stoner 63 Medium Machine Gun: Machine gun model identical to the light machine gun model but with adapters for fitting on M2 or M122 tripods.
Stoner 63 Fixed Machine Gun: LMG model without stock and pistol grip, electronically fired.
Stoner 63 Commando: Machine gun model with right-hand feed and 100-rnd drum magazine. Quick change barrel, and under-side charging handle.
Stoner 63 Survival Rifle: Survival rifle for aircraft crews.
