Overview

The SMK is a Soviet prototype heavy tank developed in 1939. The vehicle was named after Sergei Mironovich Kirov, who had been recently assassinated. The design was a mix between the Kliment Voroshilov Tank and the T-35.

The German intelligence mistook the SMK as a new 'T-35C'
