Kalashnikov Concern (Russian: Конце́рн «Кала́шников» — Translit: Kontsérn «Kaláshnikov») is a Russian company formed in 2013 from merging Izhmash and Izmekh in August 2013, just a few months prior to the death of Mikhail Kalashnikov.

Prior to 2014, Kalashnikov USA was a licensed representative company in America, but due to US sanctions against Russia, Kalashnikov USA has cut all ties and is now an independent company.
