Overview[]

The D-38 is a Soviet prototype light tank developed in the early 1930s from the BT-2.

On 25 March 1932, the PS-3 cannon was fitted to a turret developed by Dyryenkov, and underwent firing tests. Fifty shots were made, nine of which were fired while the turret was free to rotate.
